CARDBOARD TV · THE DETAILS

Terms of Service

These terms cover the Cardboard TV website, early-access waitlist, and interactive product previews. “We,” “us,” and “Cardboard TV” refer to the team operating this website. Contact us at hello@cardboardtv.com.

1. The product is in development

Cardboard TV is a planned TV stick, kid remote, and parent app that lets parents select shows and movies for children to explore. This website introduces that concept. Its TV and phone previews demonstrate proposed interactions; they do not connect to streaming accounts, play licensed content, or control a television.

Designs, features, compatible services, launch timing, and estimated pricing may change. Joining the waitlist is free and does not create an order, paid subscription, guaranteed invitation, or obligation to buy. We do not take payments on this website. Any future purchase or subscription will have its own disclosed pricing, billing, cancellation, refund, and product terms before you commit.

2. Adults and early access

The website and waitlist are intended for adult parents, caregivers, and other interested adults. You must be at least 18 to join the waitlist. Submit only an email address you are authorized to use. By submitting the form, you agree to these terms and to receive development and early-access updates. You may leave the list at any time by emailing us.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information from this website is handled. Do not submit a child’s personal information or streaming passwords.

3. Content and parental choices

Titles, artwork, streaming-service names, and recommendation organizations shown on this site illustrate the concept. Their inclusion does not establish a partnership, endorsement, license, or confirmed integration. Content availability and access depend on the relevant provider, region, account, and applicable terms. Third-party websites operate under their own terms and policies.

The proposed recommendations support parental judgment; they are not a promise that every title suits every child. Parents remain responsible for deciding what fits their family. References to “bricking” or locking choices describe the intended product experience, not a guarantee that a device or parental control cannot be bypassed.

4. Using the website

You may browse and use the previews for personal, lawful purposes. Do not disrupt the service, send spam or malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, harvest other people’s information, or infringe anyone’s rights. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse or protect the website.

Cardboard TV’s original site content and design belong to their respective creators. Show artwork, names, logos, and other third-party material remain the property of their owners. These terms do not grant rights to redistribute that material or to access streaming content without permission.

5. Availability and responsibility

The website and previews are offered as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this free website. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Changes and questions

We may update the site and these terms as development progresses. Updated terms will carry a new effective date, and material changes will be highlighted on the website or communicated by email when appropriate. Changes apply prospectively. For questions or concerns, email hello@cardboardtv.com.
